Dies endet, als die Bären, für gewöhnlich Einzelgänger, ebenfalls eine Gemeinschaft bilden und beginnen, im Rudel zu jagen. Jetzt sind es die Taten Einzelner, die die Lamuca retten, vor allem die zweier Lamuca-Kinder, die Freundschaft mit zwei Bären schließen.
